CNC Machining Prototype Service. CNC machining is a fast, accurate and versatile solution for manufacturing production-quality parts in any quantity, without the need for investing in hard tooling or expensive set-ups.
Our CNC lathes enable high speed and quality turning of both plastics and metals. The turning process allows for complex external geometries and internal bores to be generated. Our turning capacity is available for prototypes through to low-volume production.
CNC milling is used to apply a machined surface finish on plastic or metal, or for creating complex 3D shapes. We use domestic and imported 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centers. Also, CNC milling is used for plastic injection molding.
Finished CNC machined parts can be made from many types of easily available stock metals including mild and stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium. We can also machine many plastics, like nylon, acetal, PMMA, POM, ABS, and more.
We routinely produce parts to +/-0.05mm~0.1mm, which is suitable for the majority of commercial and industrial applications.
CNC machining is ideal for making high-quality rapid prototypes from plastic or metal without investing in expensive tooling. Your parts will achieve tighter tolerances with better surface finishes than with other prototyping methods. We can also machine all the features needed for a fully functional part, including tapped and threaded holes and precisely flat surfaces.
